About the Role The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Graduate Specialist will provide expert clinical product and technical assistance and training to physicians, Lab Staff, and sales representatives on the effective and safe use of the Farapulse system during case procedures within an assigned geography, and in a manner that leads to meeting and exceeding business goals.
Based out of Dublin in Ireland, this role is a 12-month contract starting in February 2025.
Travel will be required within Ireland as well as some Saturday work.
Successful candidates may be retained by Boston Scientific in the Electrophysiology or another division at the end of the contract.
Your responsibilities will include: Serves as a primary resource for clinical support in the areas of case coverage, basic troubleshooting, system/software development.Educates customers and internal Boston Scientific employees on the merits and proper clinical usage of the Farapulse device by giving presentations and demonstrations using a wide variety of formats and platforms (e.g., slides, transparencies, manuals) to keep all abreast of the latest product and technology developments.Attends cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of the Farapulse system and its components.Providing initial and continuous training and feedback for development team and sales representatives on Farapulse, development process, products and features, and procedures involving those products and features.Meets with existing and potential clients (e.g., physicians, physician office groups at hospitals) to identify their clinical needs, goals, and constraints related to patient care and to discuss and demonstrate how company products can help them achieve their goals.Develops relationships with hospital personnel to make new contacts in other departments within the hospital and to identify key decision makers in order to facilitate future sales.Responds to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative and feasible solutions or working with other related personnel to develop optimal solutions.What are we looking for in you: Be a recent Bachelor or Master graduate (2024/2025) with a Biotechnical, Biomedical, Scientific Degree or Nursing qualification.Hold a current Irish driving license.Fluent in English.Able to rapidly adapt to a very dynamic marketplace.Strong communication skills.Ability to understand and communicate complex technical and clinical ideas.Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.Self-motivated and able to influence others.Flexible, adaptable but focused and persistent.What we can offer to you: Experience in a groundbreaking multinational company with attractive benefits.Upskilling.Mentoring.Company with a purposeful mission.We, Boston Scientific, are an equal employment opportunity employer.
