Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients undergoing cardiothoracic procedures and treatments.Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.Monitor patients' vital signs and respond to changes in their condition promptly.Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, medications, and lifestyle adjustments.Participate in the continuous improvement of nursing practices and patient care standards. Qualifications: Valid nursing registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).Minimum of 2 years of experience in cardiothoracic surgery or cardiology nursing.Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
