Care Assistants Part Time Contracts Evening & Weekend Cover Rossbarra Ave, Deerpark provides full-time residential and short-break respite accommodation to 31 male and female adults over the age of 18 with an intellectual disability on a seven-day basis.
Consisting of 6 houses, 3 detached buildings with interlinking of 2 houses in each, the development currently supports 28 residents.
This recruitment opportunity will assist in enhancing the overall quality of life for people supported to live in Rosbarra.
Your role will assist in providing person centred opportunities for people living in Rossbarra, along with support for activities of daily living, that can help to develop and maintain links with the wider community.
These positions require a high degree of flexibility and motivation.
The team members will work closely with the individuals circles of support and their local community.
A commitment to a person-centred, citizen based, social model of support is required.
Focus on supporting the development of valued social roles is essential.
