Job Purpose To facilitate a service user focused service to adults with Acquired Brain Injury and Mental Health issues who have varying disabilities & complex health needs.
Minimum Qualifications: QQI Level 5 in Health Care Skills and knowledge in the areas of Autism, Intellectual Disability, Epilepsy, and Down's Syndrome. Work Experience not essential but would be an advantage. Job Duties & Responsibilities Facilitate and implement a person-centered service appropriate to the needs, wishes, and requirements of service users. Provide personal assistance in all aspects of personal care and manual handling, ensuring comfort and hygiene of service users and adhering to safe practice at all times. Promote and actively involve in teamwork, creating a nurturing and supportive environment for the service user. Additional Requirements Ability to work effectively in a team providing person-centered support for service users. Maintain the privacy and confidentiality of service users at all times. Adhere to all policies and procedures.
