Minimum Education & Skills required Third level graduate, Health & Social care or equivalent is desirable Attendance at training as deemed appropriate by the management of the service.
Minimum 2 years previous experience working with people with a disability.
A clear understanding of the philosophy of independent living and community integration will be required to be demonstrated Good communication skills and the ability to self-direct are also essential.
Experience of working with service users in a community environment Job Duties & Responsibilities To collate, assessment and intervention information and expertise for the purpose of developing an individualised community support service.
To document information, update records, and complete necessary paperwork for communication and accountability purposes.
To ensure all interaction with clients is approached with dignity, respect, equality and incorporates choice.
