SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST with 2+ years experience required by CareerWise Recruitment for our multinational Pharmaceutical client in Co. Cork.
Initial 12 month contract on offer.
The SUPPLY CHAIN ANALYST wil have a number of years experience (2+ years) in Supply Chain / Customer Service.
They need to have excellent attention to detail, be able to use their own initiative and will need to be able to communicate/collaborate effectively at all levels.
NOTE: It is essential that you hold a valid working visa for Ireland RESPONSIBILITIES: SAP Master Data: Maintain Toll SAP master data for materials, BOMs, source lists, P-info records Interact with global and local data stewards and implementation of relevant data changes Supply Chain and Operations Support: Create purchase orders for API/Drug substance or procured product materials and subcontract drug product manufacturing Monitor material movements within Toll SAP plants Monitor procurement of API/Drug substance from bulk manufacturing sites to ensure Sales affiliate demands are satisfied Perform regular inventory reconciliation and adjustments Management of IDOCs Assist with product returns processes Troubleshooting activities as required Process and or work instruction generation / updates and training as necessary Compliance: Follow all quality compliance policies Uphold a high quality of work and maintain a right first-time approach Participate in all audits as required REQUIREMENTS: A third level degree qualification (Level 8) Procurement/Supply Chain/Logistics qualifications such as IIPMM, IPICS, APICS with relevant experience will be an advantage 2 to 3 years Supply Chain, Customer Service, Logistics, Compliance or Operational experience Good computer-based skills, particularly SAP or similar application and MS Office applications, especially MS Excel Additional Preferences: Background in GMP/GDP compliance environment Experience in a multi-national environment Planning and project management skills Analytical and problem solving skills Please call Conor Twomey today for further information on or email: CareerWise Recruitment (In Search of Excellence) Established in 1999, CareerWise Recruitment specialises in recruitment of management and technical professionals for the life sciences, ICT, engineering, food and agri sectors.
