My client is a leading international financial services institution, with a strong focus on client satisfaction, innovation, and responsibility, is seeking an experienced Cash Management Sales AVP. Role Overview: The Cash Management Sales AVP will be responsible for selling global and domestic cash management solutions to a portfolio of corporate clients and Non-Bank Financial Institutions. This role involves identifying opportunities for cross-selling and expanding client relationships through the development of tailored cash management solutions. You will work closely with relationship bankers to drive new business and ensure client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities: New Business Development: Collaborate with relationship bankers to review client portfolios and identify opportunities for growth. Develop and execute Client Action Plans in line with the bank's cash management strategy. Engage with client decision-makers, building trust through regular contact and at least bi-annual visits. Use a consultative approach to understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. Maintain a pipeline of new business opportunities for corporate and NBFI clients. Client Portfolio Management: Manage existing and prospective clients to ensure consistent revenue growth. Maintain high levels of client satisfaction by addressing day-to-day needs and resolving issues effectively. Collaboration & Advisory: Coordinate with internal teams (including Securities Services, Product Managers, and Implementation) to ensure seamless client service. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, developing strategic solutions that meet their business objectives. Support relationship bankers by educating them on cash management solutions and facilitating advanced client discussions. Cross-Selling & Market Positioning: Cross-sell additional products such as short-term investments and forex services. Represent the company at industry conferences and events, demonstrating market knowledge and bespoke solution design. Propose new product development based on deep understanding of client needs. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 4 – 6 years' experience in Cash Management Sales. In-depth knowledge of European and international cash management solutions. Experience working with financial institutions and understanding their cash management requirements. Strong consultative skills, with the ability to structure complex solutions for clients. Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities. Proven ability to work with internal stakeholders and external clients effectively. Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
