The cash management team is expanding, offering exciting opportunities as the company grows its transaction banking business.
The Dublin office is crucial to the company's overall cash management strategy, and as the team grows, additional Sales Executives are required to further grow the service lines.
About the role Reporting to the Head of the Department, there are two separate Cash Management Sales Executive roles:
Cash Management Sales Executive (Banks) This position focuses on delivering global and domestic cash management solutions to a portfolio of banking clients. You will work closely with relationship managers to identify cross-sell opportunities, originate deals, and generate new business. The role involves managing an existing client portfolio while also prospecting for new business.
Cash Management Sales Executive (Non-Bank Financial Institutions – NBFIs) Similar to the banking-focused role, this position is aimed at delivering tailored cash management solutions to NBFI clients. You will collaborate with relationship managers to grow existing business, manage an established portfolio, and seek out new revenue streams. A focus on origination and proactive business development is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute client action plans for assigned portfolios, targeting either banks or NBFIs. Identify opportunities for cross-selling and generating new business. Proactively engage with client decision-makers to establish trusted relationships through regular communication. Maintain a strong pipeline of deals, ensuring client needs are met and issues are efficiently resolved. Collaborate with internal teams (including Relationship Managers, Product, and Implementation teams) to deliver client-focused solutions. Provide strategic advisory services, positioning the company as a leader in cash management. Actively prospect for new business and contribute to the overall growth of the portfolio. Benchmark against competitors and propose new product developments based on client needs. About you You will be a motivated, results-driven individual with a strong background in cash management and sales. The ideal candidate will have:
5+ years of experience in cash management sales, with a deep understanding of international cash management solutions. Proven ability to originate deals, generate new business, and build long-lasting client relationships. Strong advisory and consultative sales skills, with experience in structuring complex cash management solutions. A proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders. What's next?
