POSITION SUMMARY: To assist the management team in the provision of an efficient and compliant catering service to ARAMARK clients.
This could include some and/or all of the following areas - vending, salad bar, buffet, beverage service, counter service, cash register and cleaning.
Key Responsibilities Service of food to customers to the standards set by Campbell Catering.
Ensure all food hygiene regulations are adhered to, in particular H.A.C.C.P regulations Cleaning duties associated with service and related equipment Preparation of service area and/or service points.
Clean and replenish service equipment.
Correct storage of food items and equipment after service.
Understand and adhere to C.O.S.H.H Regulations Monitor and record food and equipment temperatures Attend in-house training sessions.
Maintain personal hygiene, appearance and uniform to company regulations at all times.
To present an image at all times conducive to good customer relations.
Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's health and safety policy.
Comply and assist in the promotion and implementation of the company's policies and procedures.
Other duties assigned by the Chef Manager from time to time to ensure the smooth running of the department.
Skills A keen interest in food and service.
Excellent customer service skills.
Flexibility and ability to work on own initiative.
A good knowledge of food hygiene including HACCP Good understanding of English Ability to complete appropriate paperwork as assigned by your line manager Qualifications & Experience 1 year's experience in a similar environment.
