Catering Supervisor Wicklow

We are currently recruiting for a Catering Supervisor for our canteen in Temple Carrig School, Greystones, Co. Wicklow.
This position operates around the secondary school calendar.
Our employees are off at the break periods: midterms, Christmas, Easter and summer(unpaid).
This may appeal to people with school going children.
Our employees are welcomed as part of the school community.
The position of catering supervisor is approx 28 hours per week Monday to Friday.
Shift approx 7.30am-2.30pm.
Half day Wednesday.
The role involves the preparation of a variety of rolls, wraps, ciabattas, pasta & rice dishes.
Service of small break and lunch and clean down.
Additional duties: Rostering, placing orders, reporting, daily lodgement to the post office ,etc.
Strong time management and organisational skills are a must as operating to strict break times.
Previous catering experience and knowledge of HACCP an advantage but not essential.
