Job Title:CCNA Network Support Specialist

Start Date:January 2025

Contract Type:1-Year Initial Contract (Likely to be Extended)

Shift Pattern:4 Days On (2 Nights + 2 Days) followed by 4 Days Off

About Us:We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCNA Network Support Specialist to join our dynamic team on an initial 1-year contract, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs. Key Responsibilities: Provide technical support for LAN and WLAN environments, troubleshooting issues, configuring devices, and monitoring network performance.
Manage and maintain network security, including AnyConnect Security, 802.1x authentication, and related protocols, with day-to-day security operations using Cisco ISE and Cisco Stealthwatch.
Support and manage AnyConnect VPN services, ensuring secure remote access for users.
Assist with the administration and support of Unified Communications systems, including VoIP desk and soft phones, call centers, video conferencing, and instant messaging platforms.
Oversee Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions to ensure secure and efficient management of company-issued mobile devices.
Provide support for Managed Print Services, including troubleshooting and resolving printer-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless network operations and address any network-related challenges.
Monitor and respond to network alerts, ensuring timely resolution of issues to minimize downtime.
Document network configurations, changes, and support activities in accordance with company policies.
Qualifications: CCNA certification is required.
Experience with routing and switching, LAN/WLAN configuration, and network troubleshooting.
Familiarity with Cisco ISE, Cisco Stealthwatch, and AnyConnect VPN.
Knowledge of 802.1x security protocols and related network security practices.
Experience with Unified Communications systems, including VoIP and video conferencing.
Understanding of Mobile Device Management (MDM) and Managed Print Services.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Willingness to work a rotating shift schedule, including night shifts.
