Shift Pattern: 5 days per week office hours 3 days hybrid

Responsibilities and Qualifications: Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills Experience troubleshooting technical incidents in Cisco and/or Fortinet environments Cisco CCNP and Fortinet NSE4 qualifications requirement Previous experience delivering networking and security solutions to customers in Cisco and Fortinet environments Practical experience of common routing protocols such as BGP, OSPF, and ISIS Familiarity with MPLS technologies (both Layer 2 and Layer 3 VPN) Excellent written and verbal communication skills Comfortable interacting with customers/other departments and management Excellent MS Office skills
