At an exciting time for the Central Operations team, We are looking for an Administrator to assist with all activities on the Central Operations desk supporting a wide range of Retail business functions.
The successful candidate will be an important link between our shops across the Retail Estates and the Retail facing departments in HQ, working to improve services for both our Colleagues and our Customers.
Job Responsibilities Example of duties include: Working closely with Central Operations Management you will provide a friendly and efficient service for our Retail Colleagues across ROI/NI/UK.
Assisting Central Operations Management and the Regional Management team on all projects - including but not limited to the Time & Attendance system.
Managing the uniform portal and the timely processing of orders for our Shop Teams.
Following up on Retail surveys delivered to the estate to ensure full completion.
Using data as a guide, ensure our Retail estates are procedurally compliant and follow up on any non-compliance.
Point of contact and support for HQ Departments supporting Retail.
Work closely with all HQ departments, identifying opportunities to improve communication and services within the Retail estate.
Assist other ad hoc project work as required.
Role Requirements Ability to plan, organize, and multi-task, seeing projects through to completion.
Experience in data manipulation with an ability to identify opportunities for process improvement.
Proficiency using excel is essential.
An understanding of the BoyleSports Retail estates and processes would be an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate ideas clearly & concisely.
Flexible attitude to work and responsibilities.
Full Time – Hybrid working role
