Centre Manager

An exciting opportunity to manage a brand new creche!

Play and Learn are seeking a dedicated and experienced Crèche Manager to oversee the daily operations of our brand new crèche facility. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of care and education for children, maintaining a safe and nurturing environment, and leading a team of childcare professionals. The Crèche Manager will also be responsible for administrative tasks, including budgeting, staff scheduling, and compliance with relevant regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Facility Management – including HIVE, NCS etc. Staff Leadership & Development Health & Safety Parental Engagement Qualifications, Experience & Skills:

Minimum level 6 QQI qualification in Early Education or equivalent. Minimum 1 Year management experience. Comprehensive Knowledge of the Hive & early years funding models. Strong leadership & team management skills. Excellent Communication & Interpersonal skills Location:Carrickmines, Dublin 18

Salary: €40,000 – €47,500
