MS Project or Project WorkbenchEnsure that own and team's actions and delivered are formally closed and, where appropriate, subsequently reviewed, and that lessons learned are recorded.Provide support in the development of training material and business readiness plans.Agree the project approach with stakeholders, and prepare realistic plans (including quality, risk and communications plans) and tracking activities against the project schedule, managing stakeholder involvement as appropriate.Set up project files, compiles and distributes reports.
Provide guidance on procedures, processes, tools and techniques.Build reporting/status updates, agendas for stakeholder and owner meetings.Use metrics and project plan to assess the success of the project and makes necessary changes.
Reports project progress to project managersDemonstrate use of a structured iterative methodology and maintains financial tracking for projects.Develop a network to support and add value to client engagements including company, clients and external professional networks.
Qualifications Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience.Desirable:Additional certification in Change Management?(eg: APMG, Prosci/ADKAR).Related Post-grad qualification.Experience in at least one of the following areas; project management, change management, communications, or training design and delivery.
