Up to €80000 per annum Hybrid 2 days onsite
As an Inhouse Change and Transformation Manager, your main duties will include:
Establishing and managing change within the operational business and functionsCollecting change management data from the operational business and functions, to monitor successDesigning and advocating a change management framework using standardised templates like stakeholder mapping and change impact analysis.Understanding the business context where change is being delivered/implemented and recommending change management strategies and interventionsFacilitating change for projects in transformation by training and supporting the teamReadiness to receive change capability in line with BAU capacity like having the over-arching view of change across the organisation and advising on implementation timelinesRequirements You will have:
Good understanding of change management principles, techniques & toolsEffective facilitation and influencing skillsConflict resolution and negotiation skillsGood listening and communication skillsStrong business acumenProject management and planning skillsAnalytical mindset and critical thinkingAble to cope with pressureGood problem-solving skillsTeam player & able to collaborate with othersWillingness to travel to the UK (max once per month)
