OverviewWe are currently looking for a Change Management Specialist to join our Transformation function in Eastgate on a permanent basis.
The Change Management Office (CMO) within the Strategy & Transformation Function is a team of four dedicated associates supported by a Change Champion Network of 28 associates across our global business. Our mission is to create agility in our business by enabling change in individuals, teams, and the organisation. You will be involved in exciting work to transform our business by:
Facilitating change enablement activities across a wide-ranging portfolio.Upskilling associates on change management methodology, tools, and best practice.Engaging a network of change practitioners across eight plants, three distribution centres, and six business functions and eight geographic locations.Leading the change management workstream on strategically critical projects.Engaging leaders and employees on their adaptability and establish a growth-mindset where change is perceived positively for our business and our people.ResponsibilitiesChange practitioner on large-scale enterprise initiatives responsible for execution of actionable change tools (such as case for change, change planning, stakeholder management, communication plans, change impact analysis, training needs analysis and plan, sustainment plan) through business partnership with the Project Sponsors and Leads across PGCS.Coach business leads and project managers to use the change methodology & tools.Deliver change management coaching and/or training for employees or business partners as needed to support business change plans.Apply a structured change management approach and methodology addressing the people side of change in key projects and change efforts within PGCS.Support the delivery of the change management strategy taking account of the details of the specific change initiative and the groups being impacted by the change.Conduct readiness assessments, evaluate results and present findings in a logical and easy-to-understand manner to project leads (change effectiveness checks, post implementation reviews).Support an effective change management governance process through collaboration with the site and function change champions.Own the program level timelines and roadmaps along with leads and sponsors and ensure issues are escalated and resolved timely.Manage PGCS Change Calendar and support business partners with specific change calendars for respective units to provide insights on agenda with the objective of enabling successful change strategies throughout the organization sub-units.QualificationsEssential Criteria: Experience in facilitating training modules to large groups of people.Able to work effectively with multiple stakeholders, good interpersonal skills.Experience and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Familiarity with project management approaches, tools, and phases of the project lifecycle.Experience in participating in change management initiatives.Excellent active listening and presentation skills.Problem solving and root cause identification skills.Strong analytical and decision-making abilities.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Degree level qualification in a relevant discipline.Additional Desired Criteria: Project/change management accreditation.Good to excellent working knowledge of power-point and excel.Interest in next generation change management – change analytics, creative communication approaches (i.e., video, animation, infographics) design thinking, behaviour science, storytelling etc.PepsiCo has introduced a hybrid working initiative (Work that Works) which means our teams can determine where they work depending on what works for them and what works for the business. Our daily work is largely project based and therefore your work location will either be remote or depending on the project expectations, may require you to be in the office a few days a week. Currently the team are in the Eastgate office (Cork) three days a week.
