Your Role: As a Global Channel Partner Marketing Campaigns Manager, you will lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns that drive growth and engagement through our global partner network. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including regional marketing, channel sales, and product marketing to create integrated campaigns that drive partner engagement, enablement, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in channel partner marketing and a proven track record in building and deploying global marketing campaigns.
Your Impact: Develop and execute comprehensive marketing campaigns tailored to the needs of global channel partners (including GSIs and alliances).Collaborate with regional marketing teams to ensure campaigns are relevant to specific markets.Align campaign strategies with overall company objectives, driving brand awareness, lead generation, and sales growth through channel partners.Work closely with the global partner marketing organization and sales teams to understand the channel partners' marketing needs and provide them with the tools, resources, and support to execute campaigns effectively.Oversee the development of compelling campaign content and assets, including sales enablement materials, product collateral, solution briefs, case studies, videos, and webcasts, tailored for partner use and consumption.Manage the end-to-end execution of marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, content creation, asset production, email deployment, social media promotion, and performance tracking.Work closely with product marketing, demand generation, and regional marketing teams to ensure alignment of messaging, campaigns, and resources across all channels and regions.Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide regular reports and insights to stakeholders to optimize campaign effectiveness and ROI.Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within partner organizations, serving as the primary marketing contact and advocate for their needs within the organization.Your Experience: Bachelor's degree in marketing, journalism, business administration, or a related field.7-10 years of experience in partner/channel marketing – with a focus on building and delivering marketing campaigns.Strong understanding of partner ecosystems, channel dynamics, and partner enablement best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels.Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and insights to drive informed decision-making and optimize marketing strategies.Experience working with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and digital marketing tools.Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and a passion for delivering impactful marketing campaigns.SolarWinds is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
