RoleCollaborate with the team to strategize audits and accounting assignments.Execute tasks in line with audit and assignment protocols.Develop a holistic understanding of clients' business landscapes.Identify and address issues in consultation with managers, offering effective solutions.Foster relationships with key stakeholders.Mentor and guide junior staff members.Oversee, assign, monitor, and review tasks performed by junior staff.Regularly update the manager on project progress.Manage multiple assignments concurrently.Requirements:Qualified ACCA/ACA/CPAMinimum 3 years experience in a Small/Medium Accountancy firmProven experience in audit and accounting within professional service firms.Technical proficiency in advising on complex client projects.Strong familiarity with accounting and auditing standards.Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.Preferred experience with accounting and auditing software.Gain exposure to diverse experiences, including audits, accounting, tax, and advisory work.Strong emphasis on work-life balance.Hybrid & Flexible WorkingOpportunity for career progression due to the firm's recent growth.If you are a Qualified Accountant considering a career move, please feel free to send your CV or contact Marc Palecpec for a confidential discussion.
