Key Responsibilities: Looking after the cheese counter, including cutting cheese, wrapping, labelling, packing & advising our customers on our productsEnsuring safe food handling and full HACCP complianceDay to day cleaning and maintenance of the cheese counterProviding the best customer service at all timesHelping colleagues within deli department on the busier periods on the dayAssist customers with queries regarding cheese and & other deli products.Strong attention to detail, organized and flexibleThe ideal candidate will have/be:Ideal Candidate: Some previous cheese counter experience will be necessary for this roleKnowledge of different cheese varieties will be an advantagePrevious Deli or similar experience is required for this roleHACCP training is desirableAbility to work as part of the teamFully Flexible & Available for full time
