Hours are 12 to 9pm with occasional weekend work.  Main Responsibilities·         Assist in daily preparation and service.·         At our deli counter and hot food kitchen.·         Assist and maintain the highest standards of food quality and service.·         Maintain kitchen hygiene and food safety standards.·         Follow set standard operational procedures as set out the head chef.·         Adhere to stock control and portion control guidelines.·         Must be comfortable working as part of a team and alone and not be afraid to use and show own initiativeFull HACCP training, as well as training in all of the above, will be provided. About the EmployerSultIs the only bar / restaurant on campus at University of Galway.It's the primary social and entertainment venue at University of Galway.Has a substantial bar, restaurant, café, deli and event catering businesses. To apply, please submit the following for consideration: Your current CV. Two recent references.
