Job Description We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team and contribute to our high standards of food preparation and presentation.
About The Role Key Responsibilities: Prepare, cook, and present dishes within your section to the highest standard.
Ensure the smooth running of your section and assist in other areas as needed.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety at all times.
Work closely with the Head Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items.
Manage stock and control waste effectively.
Supervise and train junior chefs, ensuring consistency in quality and efficiency.
Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen.

Desired Criteria Required Criteria Previous Experience Gained at a Similar Level within a High Quality Catering Operation NVQ Level 2 or the Equivalent in Food Preparation and Cooking Recognised Current Food Hygiene Certificate Flexibility to Work Various Shifts including Evenings and Weekends when Required Closing Date Saturday 14th December, 2024
