Chefs de Partie The position: Chefs de Partie required to work in busy 4* Hotel kitchen.
Candidates must be able to prepare, cook and present all dishes and sauces to a high quality and consistent standard.
As a Chef de Partie you will be responsible for: Preparation and cooking of food Ensuring the kitchen areas are clean and tidy Health and safety regulations, ensuring they are followed at all times Assisting in all areas of the kitchen for breakfast, lunch and hospitality Requirements for the position: Candidate must have 2+ years in a similar position.
Strong organisational skills Present dishes in a timely manner and be able to work in a fast paced environment Skills: Menu Development Restaurant kitchen Pastry
