Are you the right person for the job?
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, preferably in a fast-paced, high-quality restaurant or bar A passion for food, ingredients, and creative cooking Ability to work well in a team and contribute to a positive kitchen environment Flexibility and adaptability to work with a frequently changing menu Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations What will your role look like?
Prepare and present high-quality dishes with attention to detail Help develop the daily-changing specials, using the best ingredients Work closely with the Head Chef and kitchen team to ensure a smooth service Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and safety in the kitchen Stay on top of current food trends and bring fresh ideas to the table What can you expect in return?
