We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie for Airfield in Airfield. Location: Airfield, D14 W2F2
Rate of pay: €34,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Sunday. Working 5 days and off for 2 days.
Key responsibilities: Excellent problem solving and working well under pressure.HACCP certified with excellent hygiene standards.Excellent organisational skills, a focus on anti-food waste and stock rotation.Ideally have a background in a fine dining establishment focusing on a high standard of classic cookery.A passion for seasonal local farm produce.Self-motivating with a drive to learn and progress in the kitchen.What's in it for you?
