Chef De Partie

Highly motivated individual required for Fulltime position for a City Centre Hotel We are looking for an individual with strong interpersonal skills to work as part of the Kitchen Team.
You must be Flexible, have fluent English, with Excellent attention to detail & Organisational Skills.
You must be available to work shifts & weekends.
This role will involve assisting the Head & Sous Chefs in the kitchen to ensure the highest standard of service is being carried out on a daily basis.
Successful candidate must have minimum 4yrs experience Responsibilities will include: Daily running of kitchen to include bar, banqueting and restaurant, Maintaining high level of cleanliness and hygiene in kitchen Employee training Management of all junior kitchen employees and assisting Sous and Head chefs in stock control where necessary Complaint handling Skills: Cooking Coordinating Communication Attention to detail cleaning Benefits: Paid Holidays Meals provided Discounts on home & car insuarnce
