Details of the offer

the Ideal Candidate must be able to work Morning or night or both & week ends & must have perfect command of the English Language.
The following criterias are very important to us : No student Proven experience in a Chef de Partie role.
Excellent use of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment and processes.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Knowledge of best cooking practices.
Skills: French cuisine Fine Dining Culinary Food Prep Culinary Skills
