Rate of pay: €36,000 per annum
Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Key responsibilities: Food Preparation & Cooking: Execute dishes to the highest standard, focusing on precision and quality. Prepare ingredients and ensure the smooth operation of your assigned kitchen station.Team Collaboration: Work alongside the Head Chef and Sous Chefs to maintain a productive and efficient kitchen, supporting junior staff and helping ensure timely service.Quality & Hygiene Standards: Uphold strict food safety and hygiene protocols, consistently ensuring that food presentation and taste meet the restaurant's high standards.Inventory & Mise en Place Management: Manage daily preparation, stock rotation, and ingredient usage to minimize waste while ensuring all items are ready for service.Minimum Requirements: Previous Fine Dining Experience or Similar: Proven experience working in high-end, fine dining establishments where attention to detail, quality, and presentation are essential.Advanced Culinary Techniques: Expertise in sophisticated cooking methods along with the ability to execute the classic techniques to a high standard.High-Pressure Environment: Ability to perform efficiently under pressure during busy services while maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.Knowledge of Menu Development: Experience in contributing to or executing complex and innovative menus, with a strong understanding of seasonal ingredients and creative dish composition.What's in it for you?
