We have an exciting opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join the Kitchen Team at the 4* Killarney Avenue Hotel.
Our Hotel is located in the heart of Killarney Town Centre and is part of the O'Donoghue Ring Collection.
The Hotel food outlets include the Kenmare Rooms offering bar food all day.
The Hotel also has a function room which caters for weddings and social occasions.
The successful candidate will be: Responsible for mise en place and service in the various food outlets, Preparing, cooking and presenting high quality dishes Assisting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in creating menu items, recipes and developing dishes Assisting with the implementation and compliance of health and safety Assisting with the management of food hygiene practices Assist in the training of Commis Chefs Monitoring portion and waste control Skills required: Have experience at a chef de partie level in a 4 star establishment or similar standard is essential.
Have a strong knowledge of HACCP Be a good communicator.
Be able to work as part of a team.
Fluent English is essential.
