We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie for University College Dublin (UCD) in University College Dublin Location: University College Dublin Rate of pay: €30,000 - €36,000 per annum Working pattern: 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday Key responsibilities Manage and cook in a specific kitchen section.
Ensure high standards of food quality and presentation.
Assist in training and supervising junior staff.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the workstation.
Follow health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Assist with stock control and inventory management.
Work efficiently during service to meet deadlines.
