Chef De Partie X 5

Back 4 Good are looking for suitable candidates for our new partner to work in a 5 star Hotel in the centre of Dublin.

As a Chef De Partie, you should have a luxury hotel Rosette or Michelin* background, be talented, creative, and have a genuine passion for food.

The role would suit a Chef De Partie or Demi Chef De Partie who is looking for a position to develop further in both knowledge and skill.

You will contribute to the production of food items in accordance with instructions from the Sous Chef and/or the Executive Chef.

Be familiar with the menu and any specials on the day. Ensure dishes are prepared in a timely fashion. Ensure that all dishes leaving the kitchen are prepared to the approved standard. Avoid unnecessary wastage and observe proper portion planning. Ensure excellent food hygiene practice is observed throughout the entire food chain from storage through to preparation and service. Ensure HACCP compliance within the kitchen and all food and beverage outlets. You must have previous experience in a similar position.

Be courteous and focused on providing a consistently high standard of customer service.

Standards driven and detail-oriented.

Flexible regarding hours.

Strong command of English.

Knowledge of HACCP.

Should have relevant professional qualification.
