Description du poste : Ensure that guests receive immediate recognition in a courteous and professional manner at all times.
Ensure that guests are always offered assistance or service even outside of departmental duties.
Support the manager & your team in providing the highest possible standards at all times.
Ensure that colleagues are supported at all times and that any new team members are given full support during their inductions and thereafter.
