We are recruiting an experienced Chef to work in one of our restaurants in Bunratty.
This role would suit a person who has experience in Contract Catering.
A passion for fresh food and ability to use initiative around menu planning and presentation is required.
Given the nature of the role flexibility is required.
Pattern of Hours: Monday to Sunday - Weekend Work - Mornings, Days & Evening Shifts Main Responsibilities: To support and assist the Head Chef/ Chef Manager in the delivery of the catering service in line with CCSL standards by: Providing an excellent service to all customers and other relevant stakeholders.
To assist in preparing and presenting food to a consistently high standard in line with company and client requirements.
Achieving and maintaining the highest standards of food hygiene and quality in line with company procedures.
Assisting with stock takes on a regular basis; monitoring stock levels and ordering and delivering of stock as required.
Monitoring of and ensuring compliance with health & safety standards in the kitchen.
Assisting in the achievement of Gross Profit targets as required by Corporate Catering.
This includes portion control and control of food wastage.
Complying with and maintaining the ISO quality standard.
Communicating effectively with colleagues; manager and other relevant stakeholders.
Representing the company on a day to day basis to the best of your ability.
Complying with all policies and procedures introduced by Corporate Catering Services Ltd and as agreed with our client.
Working effectively as a team member of Corporate Catering Services Ltd.
