Chef Location: Rock Street, Tralee, Co. Kerry Kirbys Brogue Inn, a cherished landmark in the heart of Tralee town since 1977, is renowned for serving the finest food and beverages to the people of Kerry and beyond.
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Chef to join our dynamic team.
Key Responsibilities: Create and prepare high-quality dishes with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring consistency in quality, portion size, presentation, and taste.
Work collaboratively with the kitchen team to maintain high standards of food service.
Uphold health and safety standards, proactively managing food hygiene and HACCP protocols.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role.
HACCP trained.
Passionate about creating great food and delivering an exceptional dining experience.
Excellent attention to detail in all aspects of food preparation and service.
Highly motivated, flexible, and an excellent team player.
Legally entitled to work in Ireland.
Salary: Negotiable depending on experience.
