Who is Sprout?
It started with a tomato.
A freshly picked, organic tomato at Ballymaloe cookery school, when Jack tasted its full flavour punch, it sparked the idea for a locally sourced, seasonal healthy food business and the rest is Sprout.
Co-founded in 2013 by brothers Jack and Theo it, Sprout has moved from making and selling juices out of Avoca in to 7 sites across Dublin and it's own farm (with many more planned!)
At Sprout we are all about the growing, whether that be our food, our business, our teams or ourselves.

Position Overview: As a Chef, you will be an ambassador for our mission.
Eating well should never sacrifice taste, cooking with flavour is incredibly important to us, so are the people we put in our kitchens.
  We are looking for enthusiastic people with as drive for producing delicious food for our customers.
Being the eyes and ears of back of house, your role will help the smooth running of our restaurants.
  You will need to have a very keen eye for detail and be organized.
You will help support General Managers in the development of their teams and running of the restaurant.
