Chemical Production Operators Tallaght x 4 My client is a global leader in the manufacture of industrial chemicals and adhesives. They are now hiring to recruit 4 skilled Manufacturing Process Operators for their plant in Dublin 24.
Working on both 2 and 3 cycle shift patterns, offering industry leading salary, bonus, pension, healthcare etc.
These are for a 24-month fixed term contract with the company direct – these are not agency contracts with a planned start date mid-late November.
Starting salary: €37,802 + 20% shift premium for 2 cycle shift Monday to Friday and overtime, annual bonus scheme, VHI paid for employee and family for the 24 months, and inclusion in the company defined contribution pension scheme.
There will also be opportunities for the successful candidate to apply for and transition into a Line Set-Up Operator role, which comes with an additional 20% base salary increase.
Shift Patterns:Days – 7am to 3pm Mon to Thurs and 7am to 2pm on Friday.Evenings – 3pm to 11pm Monday to Thursday and 2pm to 9pm on Friday.There is also a possibility that on occasion, if there are significant increases in production, a 3rd night shift may be implemented, with a shift premium increase to 33.33%.Successful applications are required to be available for the night shift as a pre-requisite.
Chemical Manufacturing Operator Responsibilities:The job requires the manufacturing operator to be flexible and maintain focus under pressure.A minimum of 2 years direct experience in a high-speed, high-volume manufacturing environment is essential.The manufacturing operator should be able to multitask and solve problems that arise in the warehouse quickly and efficiently.Ability to work on their own initiative is required.Qualifications:At least 2 years high volume experience is required.Excellent communication skills are essential.Proven multitasking ability and problem-solving skills.Experience in FMCG, Drinks, Food, Chemical, Pharma, or Semi-Conductor industries is advantageous.A team player attitude is essential.Those interested in the chemical production operator jobs should submit their CV for immediate review, and I will respond to your application within 48 hours.
