Chief Commercial Officer Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and driven Chief Commercial Officer to join our leadership team, spearheading our product strategy development, and playing a pivotal role in investment negotiations.

As a Chief Commercial Officer, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities and partnerships to drive company growth and revenue.
You will develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's market presence and achieve sales targets.
Collaboration with various internal teams, including marketing, product development, and finance will be essential to ensure alignment with business goals.

About Quadrant Scientific Quadrant Scientific is an innovative Irish start-up pioneering surgical navigation for image-guided interventions.

Key Responsibilities: Identify and prospect potential clients, partners, and markets to establish the company's business.
Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, industry influencers, and strategic partners.
Identify and capitalize on investment opportunities.
Create and execute strategic plans to achieve revenue growth objectives.
Collaborate with the Product Development team to develop customized solutions and proposals for clients.
Conduct market research and analysis to identify sales channels, innovation opportunities, and new distribution business partners.
Lead negotiations and contract discussions with clients and partners.
Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
Work on executing market strategies for sales channels as well as planning and executing product launches to support business development efforts.
Lead efforts to secure funding from Irish and EU grants.
Qualifications: Minimum 5 years' experience in business development, sales administration, or marketing within the medical device industry.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or related roles.
Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
Strong commercial and financial acumen, coupled with exceptional negotiation skills.
Ability to think strategically and develop creative solutions to complex business challenges.
Solid understanding of market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
