Job Overview The multinational employer provides technical and advisory services on a global basis. In addition to providing strong leadership of the finance function, the successful candidate will work directly with the CEO and be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, including responsibility for the following areas:
Developing systems to analyse the cost of delivery of services to clients, understanding risks and highlighting margin exposure in a timely manner. Direct financial reporting across the group, ensuring actionable analyses on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis. Management of overheads across the organisation, providing insightful and value-added analysis to management. Oversee financial modelling and technology enhancements to facilitate the best planning and reporting standards. Lead initiatives to grow the business organically, including identification, assessment, and recommendation of targets for consideration. Manage external funding relationships across the appropriate time periods to facilitate both expansion and working capital requirements. Ensure the optimal group structure is in place from a legal and taxation perspective. Responsible for internal controls and risk management. Responsibility for all corporate legal matters and litigation. Requirements The successful candidate will be a qualified accountant with 10+ years of experience in an international/group environment. Demonstrated ability to optimise both the performance of the finance function and broader operations in delivery across all business objectives.
