SureSkills are delighted to be partnering once again with our global client who are seeking a Group Chief Marketing Officer to join their organisation based out of their Dublin office. This is a new role emerging from the combination of the Global Business Development and Marketing teams. The successful candidate will lead on defining and executing the overall marketing strategy for the group to grow key client activity and identify new client relationships to maximise growth and profitability.
This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Marketing professional to utilise an extensive skillset and client facing expertise to drive the brand forward and promote positive client engagement.

Responsibilities: Define and execute a client-centric strategy aligned with the overall vision of the Group focusing on sustainable income growth through new and existing client relationships, digital strategies, and adaptable contingency plans.
Develop KPIs to ensure ROI on client-centric investments, staying current with technology and best practices for future investment opportunities.
Implement a data-driven client strategy, optimizing resources within the Business Development & Marketing team.
Drive marketing strategies across digital channels, social media, and online content.
Evaluate market research, competitor insights, and client surveys to ensure action plans for client success are in place.
Collaborate with Departmental and Executive Management teams to create annual service line plans and budgets, contributing to key areas like hiring and partner development.
Support Departmental and Executive Management teams in building and maintaining strong client relationships, enhancing marketing channels, and promoting cross-team referrals and continuous improvement.
Work with the CFO to develop client and service line pricing strategies.
Partner with clients to understand their objectives and enhance performance efficiently.
Ensure strong market positioning for the group's brand.
Lead learning and development initiatives to improve client-centric skills for those in client-facing roles, in line with the overall Group vision.
Attend industry events to track trends and provide insights to key stakeholders.
Lead, motivate, and develop the Business Development & Marketing team to foster a high-performing, client-centric culture.
Manage team budgets in accordance with group policies and procedures.
Experience: Extensive experience in driving Business Development and Marketing strategy within a B2B company.
Experience in leading and coordinating a high performing team of Marketing, Business Development, and Key Account Management professionals.
Strong experience and understanding or delivering successful strategies in alignment with the above skillset.
Strong track record of client facing strategy development and implementation.
Ability and experience in developing innovative marketing strategies in line with market trends to create market leading activity.
Extensive experience within a B2B setting.
Ability to foster and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
Proven ability of managing and implementing activity to a high standard.
