We are seeking a commercially astute Chief Operations Officer (COO) to lead our client's Operations team. Reporting to the CEO and collaborating with the Clinical Operations Manager, Directors of Nursing, and the Executive team, the COO will ensure compliance with regulations, support business growth, and enhance service users care and satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a COO or in a senior management role at an executive or leadership level, with a significant track record of achievement in a medium to large organisation. You will be able to demonstrate exceptional strategic planning, execution, and change management skills.
Financial acumen is essential, including experience in budgeting, financial management, and driving cost optimisation initiatives to impact EBITDA positively. Project management experience and proficiency in IT, particularly Microsoft Office, are required. Strong communication, leadership, problem-solving, and organisational skills are imperative, as is the ability to analyse data and create meaningful reports for business decision-making.
The role requires the ability to travel across Leinster and occasionally nationally, with a full driver's license. A commercially focused mindset and astute business acumen are key to thriving in this position
