Chief Regulatory Officer As their operation scales, the CRO will play a pivotal role in driving the company's continued success.
This high-impact leadership position will oversee the global regulatory function, ensuring compliance, driving registrations and renewals, and managing the entire product lifecycle.

The CRO will be responsible for:
Regulatory Strategy & Innovation: Developing and implementing cutting-edge regulatory strategies across key markets, balancing innovation with risk management.
Submissions & Compliance: Streamlining approval processes, ensuring compliance at every stage of the product lifecycle, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Stakeholder Leadership: Building strong relationships with regulatory bodies, industry influencers, and key stakeholders, representing Life Scientific as a leader in regulatory innovation.
Team Building: Cultivating a high-performing regulatory team, mentoring and empowering individuals, and scaling the team to meet the company's growth needs.
Regulatory Intelligence & Risk Management: Staying ahead of regulatory changes, anticipating risks, and developing mitigation strategies.
Digitization & Process Improvement: Leading the digitization of regulatory processes and continuously improving workflows for efficiency.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with R&D, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Commercial teams to align regulatory strategies with business objectives.
Budget Management: Developing and managing the regulatory budget, optimizing costs, and negotiating with agencies and consultants.
Type of experience we are interested in We are seeking a proven leader with a strong scientific background and extensive experience in regulatory affairs, ideally within the crop protection or a related industry.
However, they are open to candidates from other highly regulated sectors who can bring fresh perspectives and innovative approaches.

Essential qualifications and skills include: A degree in life sciences, agriculture environmental science, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in regulatory affairs, with a demonstrated track record of success.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams.
Deep understanding of global regulatory frameworks for plant protection products.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
A proactive and agile approach with a strong focus on results.
