Childcare Centre Manager

Cairdeas Community Childcare are recruiting for a Centre Manager. This is a full-time permanent position taking into account a work/life balance.
You will report directly to the Board of Management.
Requirements:Minimum QQI level 7 or 8 in an accredited Early Years qualification.Experience in Childcare Management and HR.The ability to lead and motivate a team through support, guidance, and mentoring.The ability to build professional relationships with colleagues, children, and families.The ability to self-motivate and meet targets and deadlines.Excellent interpersonal skills.Excellent communication skills; must be fluent in English.Strong knowledge of the Aistear Curriculum Framework and Siolta Quality Standards.Knowledge of play-based, child-led, emergent curriculum along with the ability to respond to children's individual interests and document learning.Ability to ensure a safe and stimulating learning environment for children so that they may learn and develop to their potential.Ability to ensure all policies and procedures, legislation, and statutory guidelines are being fully implemented, monitored, and adhered to (Tusla, DCEDIY, HSE, DES).Ability to use Early Years platforms and portals (Hive, NCS, Tusla).Be dedicated to raising standards in early years and knowledge of governance.Full clean driver's licence.If you meet the requirements set out above, please send your Curriculum Vitae for the attention of Liz at ******.
