We are seeking a positive and energetic Supervisor to join our Chopped Department team in Junction 14.
We expect full flexibility from our team, so you will need to be available to work earlies, lates, weekdays, and weekends. The purpose of this role is to provide day-to-day front-line management to ensure colleague compliance with all standards required for the successful running of the leading fast food outlet in the country.
This will require each supervisor to be fully familiar with all aspects of the catering assistant role including: Dress Code, Hygiene/HACCP Standards, Customer Service Standards, Performance Standards, Health & Safety, and Roster Awareness. This is a proactive role that must provide for the consistent delivery of a high level of food quality and service.
An essential part of the role is excellence in communication with all colleagues, other supervisors, and managers.
