Purpose of the Role: The Circular Products Co-ordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the Primark Cares & Circularity Team as we scale up circular design principles within Primark. The successful candidate will be critical in helping Primark achieve our ambitious public target that our clothes will be recyclable by design by 2027. In 2023, we launched our Circular Product Standard (CPS), an industry leading framework designed to support the embedding and scaling of circular design principles at scale and across multiple clothing categories. This position is primarily designed to support the collection of data and to organise, develop, and implement new processes to support these ongoing efforts to scale and embed circular design and the CPS across the business. This role requires strong communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to engage effectively with multiple stakeholders across the business and with our suppliers and external partners. A background in Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) or Product (Buying, Design, and Merchandising) is essential.

What You'll Do: Support the Circular Product Team in embedding circular design principles across key product categories via the CPS and associated tools. Support Product teams and suppliers with ad hoc enquiries to find solutions to circular design challenges. Assist in the development and documentation of new processes to embed circular design practices within the business. Collect, manage, and analyse data related to circular design & Circular products, providing regular reports to the Circular Product Manager and other stakeholders. Collaborate with internal teams, including Buying, Design, and Merchandising, to ensure alignment with our Circular Product Standard. What You'll Bring Demonstrated experience or strong interest in ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) or Product/Buying, Design, and Merchandising. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously, and an ability to self-prioritise workload where needed. Strong data management and analytical skills, with proficiency in using Excel. Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and collaborate with a diverse range of stakeholders, and proficiency in using Power Point. Detail-oriented and proactive in identifying areas for process improvement and problem solving. A passion for sustainability, circular design, and innovation within the fashion industry.
