Job DescriptionSetting out of all works on site- competent in the use of GPS equipmentRegularly checking and surveying of ongoing worksLiaising with Estimator to provide measures for valuations and also to inform of any additional works which may ariseReview latest issue construction drawings and documents for discrepancies and errorsHighlight any technical problems & provide information for RFIs and Queries to PMEnsure construction operations are carried out in accordance with the contract health, safety, environmental and quality requirementsImplement company health, safety, environmental and quality policies in conjunction with the Safety Officer & PMEnsure all site operatives have clear, accurate and appropriate information to carry out their dutiesEnsure allocation sheets are completed dailyCarry out quality inspections in accordance with company policy and keep records of sameSupervision of Sub-contractors and monitor their performanceRequirementsDegree in Civil Engineering/Construction ManagementRegistered / Member of a professional body - desirableCivil works experience an advantageExperience with pipelinesExcellent IT skills and a working knowledge of Microsoft suite and AutoCadGood planning and organisation skillsPackage€50-55Kper annum, negotiable for the right candidate
