Civil Lead - Dublin - Global Professional Consultants We are seeking a skilled Civil Lead to oversee a Data Centre project in Helsinki, Finland.

Key Responsibilities: Maintain best practices in site civil activities and adhere to schedules and documentation requirements.
Manage project costs, budgets, labour, commissioning procedures, and performance plans effectively.
Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including clients and design teams, to optimize project performance.
Evaluate and enhance client satisfaction throughout the project, focusing on cost, scope, and timelines.
Proactively monitor project health and safety, team culture, and behaviour.
Ensure quality targets are consistently met and exceeded.
Requirements: Degree in a relevant Engineering or Construction discipline.
At least 10 years of experience in a similar role.
Prior experience leading large civils teams.
Bonus point: experience working on Data Centre projects.
Excellent leadership skills, including delegation, prioritization, and effective communication.
Strong organizational and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat Pro.
Living allowance paid in addition to salary.

Single occupancy accommodation and utility bills provided.

In-country travel arrangements made.

24 Days annual leave (rising to 30 days after 1 year's service) + Bank holidays.
