Job DescriptionOur client are a leading Cost Management & Project Management Consultancy who are currently expanding their business and are seeking to appoint a Civil Quantity Surveyor to join the team in either the Dublin or Waterford offices.Preparation of Development Budgets and Feasibility AppraisalsImplementation of Value EngineeringPreparation of tender documentation including Bills of QuantitiesAnalysis of tender returnsPreparing Financial ReportsOperation of in house Cost Management SystemCompliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety Management SystemsPreparing Payment RecommendationsAgreement of Compensation CostsProgramme AnalysisManaging support staffRequirementsThird Level Qualified in Engineering/Quantity Surveying/Construction Management or a related fieldChartered or working towards chartership4+ years experience working on civil projects with main contractors or PQS consultantsExcellent communication skillsAbility to work proactively within project teamsCommercially focusedPackage€55K-€75K negotiable dependent on experienceFull-time permanent staff role with great career prospectsChoice of office locations Dublin or Waterford
