Civils Foreman

The successful Foreman will have at least 5 years' experience working for water and utility projects in Ireland or the UK.
Ward Personnel require a Civils Foreman to manage water and utility projects in Cork City.
Your duties will include:
Providing advice on the management of projectsOrganising the various professional people working on a projectCarrying out risk assessmentsMaking sure that all the aims of the project are metMaking sure the quality standards are metUsing IT systems to keep track of people and progressMonitoring sub-contractors to ensure guidelines are maintainedOverseeing the accounting, costing and billing to ensure the project is on budgetAgreeing programme and delivering the project in accordance with sameMaking sure the project is running in accordance to the programme and on budgetEnsuring an efficient construction siteDelivering projects with the highest qualityWorking with the Health & Safety Department to ensure safe construction at all timesRequirements: The successful Foreman will have at least 5 years' experience working for water and utility projects in Ireland or the UK.Must be able to manage a large team.Ensure that the project progresses on schedule.The salary includes €70k, an expensed vehicle, phone and laptop.
