The ideal candidate will have a strong background in motor claims handling and insurance, with a focus on providing excellent customer service and efficient claims processing. Responsibilities: - Manage and process motor insurance claims from inception to resolution. - Assess claims based on policy terms and conditions. - Liaise with customers, repairers, and third parties to gather necessary information. - Ensure timely and accurate claims documentation and record-keeping. - Provide clear and effective communication to all stakeholders. - Identify potential fraud and escalate as necessary. - Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism. Requirements: - Experience in motor claims handling and insurance. - Accredited Product Adviser (APA) qualification. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Proficiency in relevant software and claims management systems.
