Claims Quantity Surveyor

Access Talent Group are recruiting for a Claims Quantity Surveyor for one of the biggest contractors in Ireland working on exciting large scale projects in Dublin.

Responsibilities: Analyse and assess contract documentation to identify potential claims.Collaborate with project teams to gather information related to claims and disputes.Prepare and submit claims to clients or relevant parties in accordance with contractual agreements.Conduct thorough investigations to support claims and ensure compliance with industry standards.Provide expertise in dispute resolution and negotiate settlements when required.Keep abreast of changes in legislation and regulations related to claims and disputes.Requirements: Degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor with a focus on claims within civil engineering.Strong knowledge of contract law and construction contracts.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and negotiation abilities.Proficient in relevant software tools.Call Evan on 015 314 971 or email ******
